Events
A Creative Workshop program will be running once a month in the gardens including Printmaking, Botanical Art & Willow Weaving.
Tremenheere Gallery will be hosting a varied program of exhibitions throughout the year.
What to See
Tremenheere is a sheltered valley garden overlooking St Michaels Mount. The gardens compose of an ancient woodland with a stream connecting upper and lower ponds and stunning views of Mounts’ Bay. Set amongst 22 acres are over 20 sculptures by local and international artists. Works by James Turrell RA, David Nash RA and Richard Long RA are featured.
Quiet Space
The garden lends itself to the visitor finding a quiet, private place to sit and contemplate. Tremenheere is part of the Silent Space project which encourages visitors to turn off their mobile phones and sit quietly and enjoy nature. We offer two Silent Spaces, one in the James Turrell Skyspace and the other in the Chelsea Garden overlooking the lower ponds.
What we Offer
Tremenheere offers a tranquil garden with inspiring sculptures and a Gallery with changing exhibitions. Also on site is our restaurant Tremenheere Kitchen with a popular menu highlighting fresh, local ingredients, an Artisan Gift Shop and a Plant Nursery specialising in Succulents.
